It’s been a big year for Front!

Big news: Front CEO & co-founder, Mathilde Collin has been recognized as one of the Most Exceptional Entrepreneurs of 2023 by Goldman Sachs at this week’s Builders and Innovators Summit in Healdsburg, California.

“We’re delighted to recognize Mathilde as one of the most exceptional entrepreneurs of 2023,” said David Solomon, Chairman and CEO of Goldman Sachs. “Like everyone in this year’s class, Mathilde has been a visionary in her field, pushing forward innovation and redefining markets. We are excited to harness Goldman’s convening power to bring together these dynamic leaders and hear their insights.”

This news comes on the heels of other recognition Front has achieved this year, including being named to the 2023 Forbes Cloud 100 list, and winning two silver Stevie® Awards for Customer Service Department of the Year and Achievement in Customer Satisfaction in the 21st annual American Business Awards®.

It’s been a big year for Front — and as Mathilde believes, the Front mission has become more critical than ever. As we shared at our Frontlines virtual keynote, the meaning of customer operations has changed in the wake of the generative AI boom and economic headwinds of 2023, and Front has emerged a key player in providing service that goes far beyond just communication. We’ve announced an abundance of new features that centralize messages across channels, automate workflows, and enable real-time collaboration into one place so teams can unlock the operational efficiency required to prevent churn, improve retention, and drive customer growth.

This recognition from Goldman Sachs is a testament to the strides we are making at Front to meet the growing needs of our customers in a rapidly shifting market. We’re ready to continue innovating on behalf of our customers to make it simpler than ever to provide exceptional experiences across all company sizes and industries. Much more to come in 2024 🌠
