2019 is here! We’re kicking off the new year with a slew of new features to help your team work better together in Front.

From workflow improvements to integrations that help you make the most of your Front data, we’re always working to make Front better for you and your team. Have an idea? Let us know on our roadmap!

Product updates

⬆️ Bump conversations up in your team inbox with comments

Need to catch your team's attention for a quick response? In Settings, change your Bump and reopen company preference to include comments. Then, comments will bump conversations to the top of your team inboxes for faster follow up.

🤖 More control over API tokens

New API token controls help you manage exactly how your Front account data is accessed. Generate a specific API token with the exact permission scope you need, or revoke tokens that you no longer use to keep your data secure.

🛑 Prevent users from sending messages

Training a new team member? If you’re using custom permission roles in Front, uncheck the new "Messages - send" option so they can only draft, not send. Check their work before sending the message to help them get up to speed.

📩 Automatically import Office 365 inbox history

Transitioning from Outlook to Front just got easier. Now, when you connect an Office 365 email account with Front, we’ll automatically import your last 1k emails for quick access to your history in your new inbox.

⚙️ Build custom reports and workflows with Parabola

Meet our newest integration partner, Parabola. Drag-and-drop to build custom workflows and reports with your Front data for key insights about your team and customers. Combine Front data with information from other apps like Salesforce or Google Sheets, and schedule it all to be sent as a daily email or uploaded anywhere you want.

👥 Attribute Pipedrive activities to individual users with new authentication

Re-authenticate Pipedrive in your integration settings for the latest update, which prompts each of your team members to sign in individually. Then, when they create and update deals and contacts, their activities will be attributed to them accurately in Pipedrive — instead of to you!
